The goal of the program is to create a centralized, one-stop location for both volunteers and organizations to be matched with one another. This online program is designed to be a user friendly resource for individuals or groups to access a comprehensive database of volunteer opportunities.

Aliso Viejo contracts for many of its services including police, fire, legal, public works, engineering, code enforcement, building & safety, street maintenance and street sweeping. Additional City contracted services include animal care and trash pickup. Library services are provided by the Orange County Library System. Landscape maintenance of most slopes, medians and parks are administered by the Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA). The City and AVCA share in the responsibility for providing an array of outstanding recreational programs, special events and activities to the community. These programs and events are made possible through the dedicated volunteerism in the community.
